Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RingSMS Android application (the "App"), provided by Birangal ("RingSMS", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

RingSMS automatically sends a customizable SMS message to a customer's number whenever they call your device, whether the call is answered or missed. Features include custom message templates, per-contact message throttling, and number blocking.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use RingSMS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs through it.

3. Subscriptions

Access to RingSMS is provided on a subscription basis (e.g. a 1-Year Plan). Each subscription is tied to a single device. Pricing and plan terms are confirmed directly with our team at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless otherwise agreed; contact us to renew or change your plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RingSMS to:

  • Send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or unsolicited content to third parties.
  • Violate any applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, or data protection law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for the content of the SMS messages you configure and for ensuring your use of RingSMS complies with applicable law.

5. Device requirements

RingSMS requires an Android phone with telephony (calling and SMS) hardware. It is not available for tablets or iOS devices.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RingSMS if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

RingSMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including due to factors outside our control such as carrier SMS delivery delays or device manufacturer restrictions on background apps. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingSMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
